Agreement & vendor eligibility

By registering as a vendor on RB Marketplace, you agree to comply with these Vendor Terms & Policies, all applicable laws, and our marketplace rules.

To sell on the platform, vendors must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate business and contact information
• Maintain any licenses or permits required to sell their products

Product listings

Vendors are responsible for ensuring that:

• Product descriptions, pricing, and images are accurate
• Products are authentic and legally permitted for sale
• Listings do not infringe on any intellectual property rights

Orders & fulfilment

Vendors must:

• Process orders promptly
• Ship orders within the stated processing time
• Update customers with tracking information when available

Customer service, returns & conduct

Customer service

Vendors are responsible for responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally and promptly.

Returns and refunds

Vendors must follow RB Marketplace's return and refund policies. Refunds should be processed within the required timeframe once approved. The full Return & Refund Policy sets out the process in detail.

Vendor conduct

Vendors must:

• Treat customers respectfully
• Avoid misleading advertising
• Not manipulate reviews or ratings
• Not engage in fraudulent activities

Prohibited products

The following may not be sold:

• Counterfeit or fake products
• Illegal goods
• Stolen merchandise
• Hazardous or prohibited items
• Products that violate local or international laws

Fees, suspension & liability

Fees

Applicable marketplace fees, commissions, and payment processing fees are displayed clearly in the vendor dashboard during registration. See the Commission & Payouts page for current rates and membership plans.

Account suspension

RB Marketplace reserves the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts for violations of these policies.

Limitation of liability

RB Marketplace provides the platform connecting buyers and sellers. Vendors are responsible for the products they sell, order fulfillment, and compliance with applicable laws.

Dropshipping model & vendor responsibility

RB Marketplace allows approved vendors to sell products through a dropshipping business model. Even when using a supplier, the vendor remains fully responsible for:

• Product quality
• Order accuracy
• Shipping performance
• Customer support
• Returns and refunds

Supplier, shipping & quality standards

Supplier standards

Vendors must work with reliable suppliers who provide genuine products, accurate inventory, reasonable shipping times and proper packaging.

Shipping

Vendors must clearly display estimated delivery times, shipping costs, and tracking information when available.

Inventory & product quality

• Products that are consistently out of stock or unavailable may be removed from the marketplace.
• Listings may be removed or vendors suspended if products repeatedly fail to meet customer expectations or generate excessive complaints.

Branding

Vendors must ensure suppliers do not include unauthorized marketing materials, invoices, or promotional content that could confuse customers.

Compliance & enforcement

Returns and refunds

Dropshipping vendors must honor RB Marketplace's return and refund policies and work with their suppliers to resolve customer issues promptly.

Compliance

Vendors must comply with all applicable consumer protection, customs, import/export, and tax laws in the countries where they operate.

Policy violations

Failure to comply with these terms may result in listing removal, temporary suspension, permanent account termination, withholding of payouts where permitted by law, or other appropriate enforcement actions.
