Commission & membership plans
Vendors choose a membership plan that fits their business size. The higher the plan, the lower the commission rate charged per sale.

Payment processing fees charged by the payment provider (Stripe, PayPal, etc.) apply separately and are not included in the commission rate above.
How commission works — example
For a product sold at $100, the platform commission and the amount you receive on each plan are:

Payout schedule
- Payouts are processed every Friday on a monthly cycle.
- Funds are sent after the applicable holding period has ended for each order.
Holding period
The holding period begins after an order is confirmed as delivered:
14 days after confirmed delivery.
7 days after meeting performance standards.
2–3 days, subject to RB Marketplace approval.
Payout requirements
To receive payouts, vendors must:
- Complete account verification
- Provide valid payout information
- Ship orders on time
- Comply with all RB Marketplace policies
- Resolve any outstanding disputes or account issues
Supported payout methods
- Direct Bank Transfer
- PayPal (where available)
- Stripe Connect (where available)
- Other approved payout methods supported by RB Marketplace
Payout holds & chargebacks
RB Marketplace may temporarily delay a payout if:
- An order is under review
- A customer files a dispute or chargeback
- Fraud prevention or identity verification is required
- There is a violation of marketplace policies
If a refund or chargeback occurs before a payout is released, the amount may be deducted from the vendor's balance. If a payout has already been issued, RB Marketplace may recover the applicable amount in accordance with the Vendor Terms & Conditions. Read the full Vendor Terms & Policy.
RB Marketplace reserves the right to update this policy to maintain a safe, fair, and trusted marketplace for all users.
