RB Marketplace connects you with trusted independent sellers. Here is everything you need to know about how your orders are shipped, how to track them, and how to return or exchange an item if something is not quite right.
Shipping methods
Because RB Marketplace is a multi-vendor platform, each item is shipped directly by the seller who lists it. Available shipping speeds, carriers and exact costs are calculated at checkout based on the seller, the destination and the total weight of your cart. The table below shows the options you will typically see.

If your order contains products from more than one seller, it may arrive in separate parcels — sometimes on different days. Each parcel is tracked independently.
Processing & delivery times
Most sellers process and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery estimates begin once your parcel leaves the seller, not at the moment you place the order. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
- Made-to-order, personalised or pre-order items may need longer to prepare — the expected handling time is shown on the product page.
- During major sale events delivery can take a little longer due to higher volumes.
- A valid, complete delivery address helps avoid delays. We cannot reroute a parcel once a seller has handed it to the carrier.
Tracking your order
As soon as a seller ships your item you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number where the carrier supports it. You can also follow every order from your account orders page.
- Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show its first scan after dispatch.
- If tracking has not updated for several days, contact the seller first — they have the most detail about your parcel.
Return policy
We want you to love what you buy. Most items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition and packaging, and with any tags or seals intact.
- Some sellers offer a longer return window — always check the “Shipping & returns” details on the product page.
- Items must be returned in resalable condition. Returns that arrive used, damaged or incomplete may be refused or only partially refunded.
- Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described — in which case the seller or RB Marketplace covers it.
How to start a return
Go to your account, find the order and select the item you want to return.
Choose a reason and submit. The request goes straight to the seller for review.
Once approved, pack the item securely and send it using the instructions provided.
After the seller inspects the item, your refund is released to the original payment method.
Most return requests are reviewed within 2 business days. If a seller does not respond, our support team can step in to help.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process it.
- Card & PayPal refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days after approval.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a seller error or a faulty item.
- Where offered, you may choose an exchange or store credit instead of a refund.
Non-returnable items
For health, safety and hygiene reasons, some products cannot be returned once opened or unsealed unless they arrive faulty:
- Opened beauty, skincare, cosmetic and personal-care products
- Earbuds, earrings and other intimate or hygiene-sensitive items
- Perishable goods, gift cards and downloadable or digital products
- Custom-made, personalised or final-sale items clearly marked as non-returnable
Damaged, faulty or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, you are protected under RB Marketplace Buyer Protection.
- Report the problem within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging.
- You are entitled to a free replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping.
- If you and the seller cannot agree, open a dispute and our team will review the case fairly.
Every payment made on RB Marketplace is held securely and only released to the seller after your order is confirmed — so you can shop with confidence.
